Restocking Fees

Some returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. This helps cover inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.

Recommended restocking fees:

  • Football Helmets: 20% restocking fee, up to $50
  • Facemasks: $15
  • Visors: $10
  • Accessories: $10
  • Chinstraps and Hardware: $5

Free or Bundled Items: Full item value may be deducted if the complete bundle is not returned

Restocking fees may be waived if the product was defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly shipped by us.

Helmet Sizing and Fit Notice

Football helmet sizing can vary depending on the brand, model, head shape, and personal fit preference. Because helmet fit cannot be guaranteed online, we strongly recommend checking sizing guides carefully before placing your order.

If you are unsure about the correct helmet size, facemask style, visor type, or color, please contact us before purchasing.

A returned helmet must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Visor and Facemask Notice

Before purchasing a football visor, please check with your coach, league, school, or organization to ensure the visor is allowed for your level of play.

Used, scratched, cracked, smudged, or damaged visors are not eligible for return.

Facemasks must be returned in new condition with no scratches, dents, installation marks, or signs of use.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds
